I vary his meals sometimes w pigeon porridge, brown rice w food jar, lentil porridge and change the ingredients sometimes like adding tofu/ brocolli /sweet corn ( which he loves).Intend to let him try pork , liver soon. Also dessert will be fruits like apple( have to steam cause too hard), Anjou pear, bosc pear, rock melon, biscuit from pigeon, or toothiepegs, cheese cubes.Milk will be give before morning nap and afternoon nap and before he sleeps at night.Sometimes if he is too full, he will reject the milk, so it's fine.Every morning before he sleeps, he also takes 1/4 teaspn of probiotics in his water.Sometimes he takes some bread too.

..................Over the weekend, this mummy was tired out, a tad sick, but today she feels energetic!!!!Maybe cause she spent some money....lol.
Anyway, on sat, i got my time out after putting Dylan to sleep, rushed to 9 west, trying to look for a glam glam ballet pumps, sigh wasted half an hour there, but no size, then rushed to paragon, bought a cutlery set and building blocks for Dylan, a greentea cake for myself, DHA fish oil from vitakids, probiotics for dylan at GNC......and some multivits for myself---turns pee yellow though. Was sooooooooo esctatic when i came out to town till i was almost hyperventilating... you know, i have not shopped for sooooooo long ok! I stomped down town in my heels some more ( a tad wobbly cause long since i wore them) and i think because of me rushing, i came back feeling a tad unwell. Ahaha, nevertheless, i still tolerated the bug and brought Dylan to the playground. It's his daily routine and i dun want him to miss it.
But on Sunday!!!!!!!!!! Dylan threw a fit when i tried to feed him dinner, he refused to sit down, started out with him crying non stop and when i handed him over to papa, he cried even louder, well, i couldnt possibly cook and carry him at same time when his itchy hands kept coming over my pot right? He overturned the porridge and refused to open his mouth. His whole head was covered with pespiration and my top was smeared with his saliva and porridge. Total mess i tell you! In the end i was so frustrated, cause we tried everything, carried him , sang to him , brought him out, show him the mirror, gave him the toys, blah, i just sat there and let him bellow. I forgot how it stopped but after a while the porridge was watery so i could not give it to him, and had to cook brown rice and food jar instead for him. he did finish the latter, i dunno what;s his problem, but it sure made both dad and mom mad!
and then today, i went town again after he slept, zoomed down in a cab, went to tangs and bought a coffee mixer! and guess what? A braun shaver.....hehehe. for dylan. yeah, so i came home, after he woke up, i put him on his bumbo, put news papers underneath, turned on baby einstein , took off his top, and there i went.......lol...it was a mess cause he kept wanting to pick up the hair to eat! , Anyway, the head was shaved , but not a good job, who cares, i can always touch up the next day, and after that i dragged him into the shower, yeah with myself, and cleaned both of us up! Din bother with the tub as it was impromptu, and he very much enjoyed lapping the water from the water heater spout as i washed his head. Silly chap!

Maid kept mum about baby's accident; infant died 6 hours later----By Elena Chong AN
INDONESIAN maid did not tell her employers that their baby boy had knocked his head against the toilet bowl while she was bathing him until almost six hours later, a coroner's court heard.Two-month-old Jordan Teo Ka Jun died of bleeding in the membrane of the skull as a result on Sept 10 last year.On Thursday, the maid, Ms Lasini, 25, named a potential defendant at an inquiry into baby Jordan's death, elected to remain silent. The investigating officer, Staff Sergeant Junior Leow, from Ang Ko Kio Police Division, said the maid had fed the baby that morning at her employers' flat in Hougang Street 52 before bathing him in the master bedroom toilet.Ms Lasini was squatting to bathe him in a tub beside the toilet bowl when she turned left while still holding the baby on her left arm to retrieve a towel on the lid of the toilet bowl.Just then, she heard a knock as Jordan's head hit against the side of the toilet bowl. He started crying. She gave him a pacifier and he stopped crying about three minutes later. She put the baby back into the stroller and dressed him up.Meanwhile, Jordan's grandmother, Madam Yeo Kwee Kee, 59, was in the kitchen toilet when she heard the baby cry. She then went to check on the baby.Ms Lasini kept mum about the head knocking incident as she was afraid of being reprimanded. Madam Yeo left at about 11am. The baby kept crying on and off and refused to drink his milk.At about 1.45pm when he started to cry again, Ms Lasini told his nine-year-old half-brother who had just returned from school that Jordan had refused to drink milk and had been crying non-stop.Later, when the baby continued to cry, Ms Lasini told the boy to call his mother, Madam Jenny Lau Kit Mui, 37. Madam Lau told her to rub some medicated oil on the baby which she did.The maid observed that the baby's cries became softer and his face became pale. He also appeared to be weaker. When Madam Yeo returned at about 3.05pm and noticed the baby's intermittent breathing, she immediately carried him to a clinic nearby where the doctor performed cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on the infant. An ambulance was called and Jordan was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital where he died.

This is precisely why i do not want just the maid to look after Dylan........no matter how good the maid is , she is not the kin nor family, she will always fear being chided....so cant trust her completely...
