Lunch/Dinner: Threadfin w spinach w tomato and dried scallop base w flaxseed

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken porridge w brocolli w dried scallop base

Breakfast :Brown rice w avocado w pumpkin
Lunch/Dinner:Salmon w carrots and wolfberries w flaxseed

THURSDAY

Lunch/Dinner:Potato w carrots w cauliflower porridge w wolfberries

Breakfast : Brown rice w avocado and potato
Lunch/Dinner: Threadfin w spinach w tomato w wolfberries w flaxseed

SATURDAY/SUNDAY

ANYTHING LA!!! I vary his meals sometimes w pigeon porridge, brown rice w food jar, lentil porridge and change the ingredients sometimes like adding tofu/ brocolli /sweet corn ( which he loves).Intend to let him try pork , liver soon.Also dessert will be fruits like apple( have to steam cause too hard), Anjou pear, bosc pear, rock melon, biscuit from pigeon, or toothiepegs, cheese cubes.Milk will be give before morning nap and afternoon nap and before he sleeps at night.Sometimes if he is too full, he will reject the milk, so it's fine.Every morning before he sleeps, he also takes 1/4 teaspn of probiotics in his water.Sometimes he takes some bread too.
