OKIE......i have already been cooking congee . good progress from a non chinese food cooker.
have been putting pine nuts, walnuts , ginko and scallops into the congee.
Next was cod fish congee .
I am gonna do birds nest porridge next.And meat ball Congee. Congee is so easy and delicious during winter. Bloody winter. Well, let's put it this way. I will not survive in Russia.
Also i have been cooking Spinach soup....next will be Wonton soup and sea weed soup...hehe..... :)
